Situate eight of your existing purple martin gourds at a fantastic height using this Troyer's Birds' Paradise Horizontal Gourd Rack for 8 Gourds. This system provides virtually all you need to properly site your existing gourds (not included) for purple martins, while making maintenance convenient. A high tensile, 2" square, aluminum pole inserts into your soil, and a generous, 48" long ground stake provides both strength and stability. Attach the included perch, rack, and pulley to this pole for hanging your gourds horizontally with ease. Nylon glides within the top hub keep the movement of the hub smooth, and the generous polyester rope lowers the shelters with ease. A winder clip keeps the rope in place after the rack has been raised, and the horizontal arms allow each opening to face outward. Perch rods at the top of the pole offer plenty of resting or lookout spots for your feathered friends, while the aluminum construction throughout the item remains durable.
