About Our Products

Are your products really handcrafted? Yes — absolutely. Every single product in our collection is made by hand by skilled artisans. Nothing in our store is factory-produced or mass-manufactured. You can see the difference in the quality, the texture, and the character of every piece.

What materials are your products made from? We use only natural, eco-friendly materials including cedar wood, recycled cotton, natural moss, reclaimed wood, handwoven natural grass, willow, handmade pottery, and stone. We never use plastic, synthetic coatings, or chemical treatments near bird food or nesting areas.

Are your products safe for birds? Yes — completely. All our materials are 100% natural and non-toxic. We specifically choose materials that are safe near bird food and nesting areas. No harmful chemicals, no synthetic coatings, nothing that could harm the birds you love.

What does "Fair Trade certified" mean? Fair trade certification means the artisans who made the product were paid fairly, worked in safe conditions, and were treated with dignity. When you buy a fair trade certified product from BIRDLOVER, your purchase directly supports the wellbeing of the person who made it.

Are your products suitable for outdoor use year-round? Yes — all our birdhouses and feeders are designed and tested for year-round outdoor use. Natural materials like cedar wood are naturally weather-resistant. Recycled cotton birdhouses are breathable and durable through all seasons.

What birds will your birdhouses attract? Our birdhouses are sized for small to medium garden birds including wrens, sparrows, tits, finches, and chickadees. Our larger birdhouses like the Cedar 9-Hole Bird Condo can attract a wider variety of species. Our bird feeders attract virtually all common garden birds depending on the seed used.


Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment partners.

Is it safe to buy from BIRDLOVER? Yes — completely. Our store uses SSL encryption and secure payment processing. Your personal and payment information is always protected. We never store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Please contact us at birdloverstore@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.

Do you offer discounts? Yes! New subscribers to our email list receive 15% off their first order. We also run seasonal promotions — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about special offers.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we can deliver your handcrafted BIRDLOVER products to your door.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 10–18 business days
  • Europe: 8–16 business days
  • Rest of World: 12–25 business days

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is FREE on all birdhouses. For bird feeders and accessories, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders over $100 also qualify for free shipping.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes — once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

Can items from the same order arrive separately? Yes — if you order multiple products they may arrive in separate packages on different dates, as they may ship from different suppliers. This is completely normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a full 30-day return guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and full refund.

What if my item arrives damaged? Please contact us at birdloverstore@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — including return shipping costs.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
