How We Ship
BIRDLOVER operates as a curated dropshipping store. This means your orders are shipped directly from our trusted network of artisan suppliers and manufacturers to your door. This allows us to offer a wider range of handcrafted products while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and other major holidays.

- Standard shipping on bird feeders and accessories — calculated at checkout based on destination
- Free shipping on all orders over $100
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about potential charges before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please:
- Check your tracking information for the latest update
- Check with your local post office or delivery depot — packages are sometimes held there
- Contact us at birdloverstore@outlook.com if the issue persists
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. BIRDLOVER cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us at birdloverstore@outlook.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple products they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates, as they may be shipped from different suppliers. This is completely normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
