Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be in their original condition — unused and undamaged
  • Items must be in their original packaging where possible
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, installed outdoors, or show signs of wear
  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at birdloverstore@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the damage

We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you — including return shipping for damaged items.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at birdloverstore@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item) — we cover all return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a change of mind — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or lesser value. Please contact us at birdloverstore@outlook.com to arrange an exchange.
