Three 1.25" diameter entry holes create a line on the front of the roost, allowing swallows and sparrows to nest in it. Each compartment measures 4.875" wide, 5" deep, and 4.5" tall, perfect for birds that prefer to live in groups. Three doors along one side of the home hinge upward for nest checks and cleaning, and each has a latch to keep it securely closed during nesting. The pitched roof protects the home from the elements, and its metal covering contrasts the item's tan hue. The all wooden body will surely last for many seasons, and a keyhole opening on the back allows you to attach the shelter to a wall or tree in moments.
