Cultivate a holly and jolly holiday focal point in your bird garden with the festive and newly designed Home Bazaar Sign Post Holiday House Bird House. This quaint and unique home combines practical and reliable functionality with exclusive, wintry decor to help you upgrade both your bird feeding and seasonal decorating efforts. A wealth of vibrant, green faux garland blends with red, imitation lights just below the natural, wood awning to draw your eyes to holiday flair, while a sizable red post sits on the right side of the dwelling's base. This post features two perpendicular pairs of signs directing you to notable places such as the North Pole, Reindeer Lane, Bethlehem, and toward Santa and Mrs. Claus for maximum jolliness. A red, faux door complements this post wonderfully, and a wreath with red bow encircles the 1.25" diameter opening so songbirds can easily access the interior of this beautiful home. A frosted Christmas tree with red bulbs sits to the left of this doorway to bring to mind Christmas magic, and additional white pillars, along with imitation windows, decorate this shelter's front porch. Arched windows appear on the side panels for further architectural appeal, and the natural wood shingles give the festive unit's pitched roof a unifying and natural allure while protecting against rain. Ventilation slots run beneath the roof overhang on the sides of the shelter, helping maintain a proper internal temperature, while screening beneath the entry hole allows fledglings to reach it easily when they attempt to exit the home. A 4.25" x 4.5" rear access panel can be removed for simple cleaning and maintenance, and this unit's base and rear bracket allow you to easily mount it to a 4 x 4 wooden post (not included). The one-of-a-kind abode's wooden construction makes it a reliable, ideal structure when adding this seasonal and bright element to your bird sanctuary, and will provide durable service for multiple seasons of use. Beckon songbirds while directing unique holiday cheer and winter whimsy to your yard with this outstanding Sign Post Holiday House Bird House.

Note: Climate and the elements will weather this Sign Post Holiday House and change its appearance over time; however, weathering will add to the item's natural charm without compromising its function. Should you want to preserve the finish (paint) of this house, you should cover it with several layers of a polyurethane product that is recommended for marine use (UV Rated) that will not turn the white paint yellow. You should expect that once left outside, the item will weather and require refinishing.

Frequently asked questions

What is this made from?

The exact materials for this piece are listed in the specifications above. Across the range we use untreated cedar, kiln-dried hardwood, metal, ceramic, glass, recycled cotton and preserved moss. A few designs — window feeders and the recycled-plastic range — do use plastic, and where they do it is stated on the product page.

Will it look exactly like the photo?

Images are representative. Our range comes from a number of independent workshops and suppliers, so an item may occasionally differ slightly from the photo in finish, grain, colour or small details. Natural wood and hand-finished pieces are never identical to one another. We are bringing more of the range into our own inventory to reduce this. If what arrives is not what you expected, email support@birdlover.store — returns are free for 30 days.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is free on every order, to all 28 countries in our delivery zone — you will see whether yours is covered at checkout. The range comes from a number of different small workshops and suppliers, so dispatch times vary from piece to piece, and items in the same order may arrive separately. We would rather not quote a delivery window we cannot keep, so we do not: you will get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I leave it outside all year?

Nearly everything here is built for year-round outdoor use — check the specifications above if you are unsure about a particular piece. Untreated wood will silver and weather over time; that is normal and does not affect how it works.

What if it is not right?

Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, for any reason. Return shipping is free — email support@birdlover.store and we will send you a prepaid return label. If it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, send a photo and we will put it right straight away. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of the item reaching us. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
