A perch beneath each port provides a spot for your feathered friends to rest and reach the seed, while clinging birds can grip the mesh cylinder for added avian activity. A generous, 12 paneled roof fully covers the reservoir, protecting seed from the elements, and a steel rod through the center of the piece adds strength and stability. Unscrew the top knob to remove the roof and clean or refill the item, and hang the feeder with the metal loop for easy placement. The unit can also be pole mounted using a 1” outer diameter pole (not included), and the steel construction forms a hardy station.
